About this piece
A signet that borrows from the old catalogues. Fine acanthus scrollwork rises up the shoulders and frames a small oval face. light on the finger, softer than a plain signet, made to be worn every day rather than set aside. Engrave the face with initials or a date, or leave it clean. Made at our Adelaide bench, hallmarked, built to outlast the trend that inspired it.
The finish. Real 24k gold, bonded onto sterling silver. We're not spray-painting gold onto brass. It's > keyed to the metal, so it wears like gold instead of lifting off like a coating.

With normal wear, expect the gold to hold for 1–2 years before a replate, which Lou offers at cost.
Treat it like silver, but gentler: remove before swimming, showering or the gym. The gold layer is thin by nature.
